Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our team and ensure efficient daily operations. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with the Office Manager to oversee administrative tasks, support team members, and contribute to a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Support sales and service teams with administrative needs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration or management.
  • Insurance experience & prior licensing preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
