"Horrible customer service. Since the start of my policy it has been problem after problem. First, the quote they gave me was nowhere near what my actual bill was. She quoted me for having a beacon in my car without even asking if I was interested in their drive and save program. (I wasn’t) I added a second vehicle on the policy and somehow my policy ended up “cancelled” by an unknown person. The agency couldn’t tell me who or how someone accessed my account and canceled a vehicle.. It took them over 2 months to get my multiple vehicle policy fixed. During this timeframe Donna told me to NOT make a payment until the policy gets corrected and written again. Then, Donna, from the local office calls me saying she was going to note my account that I didn’t have the money for the policy. No maam, you all messed up my account for over 2 months and told me to not make a payment until it was fixed. With no further correspondence. I’ve spoken to multiple employees here and they all have been worthless in helping me with my policy. To be specific Kaitlyn and Donna. I asked to speak to the owner- Clint Conrad, multiple times over the months and never received a phone call back or even an email. It’s been problem after problem. Only getting 2 stars because the rate is not too horrible. Otherwise it’d be a 1 star. Save yourself the hassle and just use State Farm- Jeff Briggs off of Ruccio Way. Update- still no call back from Clint Conrad and still no answers to why my policy has changed 4 times in 4 months. Also it’s funny how there are “extensive notes” on my policy however when I call, there is NOTHING."
