Role Description As a Financial Services Representative with Clint Conrad’s State Farm Agency, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses,
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative in the investment field preferred.
  • Sound knowledge in financial legislation.
  • Experience in sales of 401k and small business retirement plans preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successfully track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Current, active Securities License strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Hours Monday-Friday 900 AM – 500 PM with 2 locations in Lexington, KY. (3090 Harrodsburg Rd and 1510 Newtown Pike)
Compensation $55,000-$85,000

Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
